Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes VelloFinds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at contact@vellofinds.com with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier first. If they cannot locate it, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
